Through our minds, bodies and spirits we can explore and understand the meaning of life. The answers are all already there, we just have to remember that they are there. Live in perfect harmony with nature and those around you, and cultivate your impurities. The Yin-Yang sign is the perfect symbol for reflection, understanding and harmony. It is important that you understand that love (or Harmony as I prefer to call it) has no opposite. Love represents the wholeness of the Yin-Yang sign. Love doesn't turn into hate in any course of natural time, like the night turns to day, or the hot water cools down. Neither can love be watered down or forcefully turned into hate. Simply, the word hate does not exist within the balance of life, that is to say the word hate was manufactured by man (empty shells), as is all evil. If you learn to eradicate the foul words from your mind, body and spirit, then you will begin to travel the path of true Harmony.
思考、身体、精神を通して私たちはこの世に生きるということに対し理解したり探検したりできます。全ての答えはすでにそこにあります・・。私達は単純に答えはそこにあると忘れないようにしているだけでよいのです。自然、そして自分を取り巻くものたちとの完全なる調和の中で生き、自分の中にある不純なものを変えていく・・・。陰陽のサイン（太極図）は影響、理解、調和を完璧に象徴するものです。あなたが愛（または私は調和と呼ぶことを好む）には反対になるものが無いということを理解することは大切です。愛は陰陽のサインの全体を表します。愛は夜が昼に変わるように、または熱湯が冷めるようにといったどんな状態、形からなる時間においても憎しみに変わることがありません。単純に、憎しみという言葉そのものがこの世を均衡するものの中に存在しません。憎しみという言葉は悪の人間（心が殻な人間＝精神的、スピリチュアルでない人間）によって作り上げられたものだからです。もしあなたが汚れた言葉を思考、身体そして精神の中から消し去ることが出来るようになれば、あなたは真の調和へ続く道へと旅立つことが出来るでしょう。
